Return & Refund Policy

Returns

If you are not satisfied with your purchase made through the Felicitous website, we are happy to refund you within 14 days (2 weeks) of purchase as stated on your invoice/receipt. All returned products must be unopened and in their original packaging (except for faulty products).

  • Change of Mind- We do not accept product return or exchange due to change of mind.
  • Faulty Product- If the item you have received is faulty, please contact us with a description and photo of the product showing the problem. One of our customer service team members will contact you to resolve your issue.
  • Incorrect Item/Damaged on Arrival- If you have received an item that isn't what you ordered, or arrived damaged, please take a photo and contact us immediately. One of our customer service team members will contact you to resolve your issue.

 

Free Return: 

Once we receive your request, a customer service team member will inform you whether you are eligible for a free return and provide all necessary instructions associated with free returns.

 

Refund:

Refunds will be processed within 14 days upon receipt of goods. Once processed, it will take between 3-5 business days for the funds to appear in your account. Refunds can only be credited to the account and payment method of the original purchase.
