If you are not satisfied with your purchase made through the Felicitous website, we are happy to refund you within 14 days (2 weeks) of purchase as stated on your invoice/receipt. All returned products must be unopened and in their original packaging (except for faulty products).
- Change of Mind- We do not accept product return or exchange due to change of mind.
- Faulty Product- If the item you have received is faulty, please contact us with a description and photo of the product showing the problem. One of our customer service team members will contact you to resolve your issue.
- Incorrect Item/Damaged on Arrival- If you have received an item that isn't what you ordered, or arrived damaged, please take a photo and contact us immediately. One of our customer service team members will contact you to resolve your issue.
Once we receive your request, a customer service team member will inform you whether you are eligible for a free return and provide all necessary instructions associated with free returns.
Refunds will be processed within 14 days upon receipt of goods. Once processed, it will take between 3-5 business days for the funds to appear in your account. Refunds can only be credited to the account and payment method of the original purchase.
